The government have publicly announce their intention to transform this area into Jurong Lake District, making it into the next business area and the next Marina Bay sands.
There will be 2 large area segregated into 1) Jurong Gateway 2) Lakeside
-750,000sqm of commercial space & 2,500ha of industrial land to be developed over the coming years under Jurong Lake District
